- Keep client travel-sensitive information confidential except where disclosure is needed for service delivery, safety, law, accounting, or authorised third-party processing.
- Decline, pause, or modify work where the requested service appears unsafe, unlawful, misleading, exploitative, or outside Priyasanchari capability.
5. Emergency limitation language
Priyasanchari is not an emergency response, rescue, law-enforcement, embassy, medical, security, immigration, insurance, or crisis-management service. In an emergency, the client must contact local emergency services, accommodation staff, police, medical providers, insurer, airline, embassy or consulate, trusted local contacts, or another appropriate official source. Priyasanchari may help with non-emergency planning or communication where available, but does not guarantee availability, response time, evacuation, medical outcome, police action, consular action, supplier action, or personal safety.
6. Risk acceptance
The client acknowledges that travel includes inherent and changing risks, including illness, injury, harassment, theft, scams, road incidents, weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, strike, terrorism, supplier failure, missed connections, legal differences, border refusal, communications failure, and emergency costs. Priyasanchari can help prepare and reduce avoidable confusion, but cannot remove travel risk.
7. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
The Refund and Cancellation Policy applies unless the accepted quote or signed agreement states different terms. Safety-led route changes, supplier cancellation, official advisories, or force majeure may require revised scope, revised fees, postponement, or cancellation.
8. Data handling
The client intake record may include personal data and travel-sensitive information. Priyasanchari handles it under the Privacy Policy and DPDP readiness notice. Clients should not send passport scans, medical records, financial documents, or identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
9. Acceptance
The agreement may be accepted by signature, email confirmation, payment against invoice, or another written confirmation that identifies the scope, fee, and applicable policy links.
