Who operates this site
This site is operated by PRIYASANCHARI, a Proprietorship registered under GSTIN 32IWUPS9320F1ZY. For privacy requests, contact info@priyasanchari.in.
Information you may share
During demo mode, please do not use the website to share service requests, personal contact details, travel dates, health or access considerations, passport details, visa details, financial information, medical information, or identity documents.
How information is used
- To operate a temporary non-commercial demo preview and basic site security.
- To avoid accepting or saving service requests through the website during demo mode.
- To keep chat informational and non-transactional until commercial operations are enabled.
AI chat and third-party processing
During demo mode, website chat does not ask for contact details and should not be used to send personal or sensitive information. Messages may still be processed by an AI service provider such as OpenRouter to generate a basic preview response. Do not use chat for emergencies, confidential documents, medical diagnosis, legal advice, visa decisions, booking, pricing, availability, or urgent safety instructions.
What is not sold
Priyasanchari does not sell your personal information. During demo mode, the website should not be used to submit service requests or personal travel details. Limited technical data may be processed through ordinary tools such as hosting, email, AI chat, security, and analytics.
Cookies and sessions
The site may use essential cookies or session storage for security, forms, chat continuity, and basic site operation. These are not intended to track you across unrelated websites.
Travel-sensitive information
Travel plans can reveal location, timing, identity, safety concerns, or health context. Priyasanchari treats such information with care, but ordinary email and web communication are not perfect security systems. You remain responsible for deciding what to send electronically.
Retention
Information may be retained for service continuity, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and safety context. You may request deletion of non-essential information, subject to legal, accounting, and legitimate business retention needs.
India DPDP Act readiness
Priyasanchari handles digital personal data with readiness for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and related rules, including clear purpose, minimisation, consent or lawful use, access and correction requests, grievance handling, deletion where appropriate, processor care, and breach response. See the DPDP Data Handling Readiness notice for the operational checklist.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting Priyasanchari at info@priyasanchari.in. You may also choose not to provide certain details, but that may limit the usefulness or availability of planning services.
