3. Health, access, and wellbeing disclosure
Clients should disclose only what is relevant for travel planning and safety. This may include mobility needs, allergies, medication carriage restrictions, food restrictions, pregnancy, chronic conditions, anxiety triggers, sensory access needs, sleep constraints, or emergency signs that require support. Priyasanchari does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, counselling, or medical clearance.
4. Risk acknowledgement
The client acknowledges that travel may involve illness, injury, harassment, sexual harassment or assault risk, theft, scams, road incidents, missed connections, legal differences, weather, natural disaster, border refusal, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, supplier failure, and emergency costs. Priyasanchari planning can support preparedness but cannot guarantee safety or outcomes.
5. Official checks the client must complete
- Passport validity, blank pages, visas, permits, transit rules, vaccination or health entry rules, customs rules, medication legality, and local laws.
- Official destination advisories, airline conditions, accommodation check-in rules, insurance exclusions, emergency numbers, embassy or consulate contacts, and local transport safety.

6. Consent and data handling
By completing a live intake form, the client consents to Priyasanchari processing relevant information for scoping, planning, safety review, service delivery, records, accounting, legal compliance, and emergency contact if reasonably needed. The client may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal, accounting, safety, and service-record retention needs under the Privacy Policy and DPDP readiness notice.
7. Stop-work triggers
Priyasanchari may decline, pause, or modify a service if information is incomplete or inaccurate, the itinerary appears unsafe or unlawful, the client refuses insurance or official checks, harassment risk is not manageable, emergency response is being requested as a substitute for official services, or the engagement would exceed Priyasanchari capability.
8. Emergency limitation
Priyasanchari is not an emergency response, rescue, law-enforcement, embassy, medical, security, insurance, immigration, or crisis-management service. For urgent danger, medical emergency, missing person, assault, detention, or evacuation need, contact local emergency services, accommodation staff, police, medical providers, insurer, embassy or consulate, airline, or trusted local contacts first.
