You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priyasanchari and Priya Sankar against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, legal fees, and expenses arising from your travel, conduct, breach of terms, inaccurate disclosures, violation of law, failure to obtain documents or insurance, or actions by third parties.
