Wellness

A ten-minute reset for travel-heavy days.

A simple breath and mobility sequence for post-flight fog, bus fatigue, and overloaded senses.

Travel can make the body feel borrowed: swollen feet, tight hips, shallow breath, too much noise in the skin. A reset does not need a mat or a perfect room.

Start with water. Stand with both feet on the floor and notice five slow exhales. Let each exhale be longer than the inhale. Roll the shoulders, move the jaw, and soften the hands.

For two minutes, fold forward with bent knees or rest your hands on a table and lengthen the back. For two more, make slow circles through the ankles and hips. Then sit or lie down with one hand on the belly and one on the chest.

Ask the body what it needs next: food, sleep, a shower, silence, a message home, or no more decisions for one hour.

The reset is not performance. It is a way of coming back into yourself before the next road asks for attention.
